GBDON’T GIVE Credit Card Info….. The hair loss medication I signed up for monthly, would interact negatively with a new medication I had to take for blood pressure. No Big deal, No ones fault it just is what it is. So I called to cancel, explained the issues Then was told im was all set, subscription canceled. I said thank you goodbye. The next month they sent another bottle and charged me, when I called they said it wasn’t in the system, but they would handle it right away. When I asked about my money they took, they told me I’d have to speak to someone else, who then told me I’d have to pay to send it back if I wanted my money back! I didn’t bother, I was so annoyed. After that I Put my Card on Lock when not using it, Then this morning I not get a text message basically saying a charge had been attempted…. YUP they were still going to send me a 3rd Bottle! But got shut down because I had my account locked. Now I Don’t Know what to do, calling them a 3rd time seems pointless, so I might order a new card, or email there support so I have hard evidence the next time they try to charge me. Bottom line: Do not TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! They clearly only care about money and not about your health!
