Beware of Online Business Beware! I purchased an overstock box during one of their live shows. I was then entered into one of their raffles and won, which was announced during that live show. I was so excited until the “raffle item” was delivered. I was supposed to receive an Apple Watch Series 8; instead I received a regular Target overstock box consisting of 2 Threshold club chair covers. I immediately contacted Opan Bins and they have been unwilling to resolve this issue, stating that the package was delivered, even though I received the wrong item within said package. I reached out immediately after I received the incorrect item and have sent multiple images. I have contacted them multiple times, but have received very little assistance. I’m not sure if this is standard practice, but I would use caution when ordering online from this company.

Opan Bins has everything I’m looking… Opan Bins has everything I’m looking for. I love going on the $2 days since everything is so cheap. They have gotten better and better since their grand opening. Love the staff, just like family.

There are always fun surprises and I've enjoyed the variety as they continue to offer items from new sources. They have amazing raffles and prizes which have been so much fun to win! Whether I keep items for myself, give them as gifts, sell them for a small profit or donate items to my favorite causes, I always feel like a winner. I appreciate the quick responses from customer service and on the rare occasions where I have had an issue of any kind, they have promptly remedied the situation.

Place is a scam The owner of this company, Lin Miao, is a convicted scam artist. He is currently in prison for fraud! His company is being ran by his baby mama while he is incarcerated and she and her family are just has shady and unscrupulous as him. They try to peddle broken junk and items with jacked up prices. They are rude and yell at customers. They also try to get your phone number which was one of the big scams Lin ran. Look him up! This place is shady - just look at the online reviews and court cases!
