IEAVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Just an update on my experience with this company. My order was cancelled and it stated I would receive a refund. Then my status updated and it stated I had been refunded. That was on the 22nd of December. I have received no refund. I have sent 4 emails and 3 messages through my account and no one has responded. I am out $400 plus. I have heard nothing back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

GBRe Order 1869 Re Order 1869, we are missing 19 our of 20 PN256. Item PY1226, we ordered 3 in Black Tourmaline and got only 1, the other 2 are incorrect. Who do we contact to get this resolved???

IEAvoid at all costs … I placed an order two weeks ago with this company. They have not shipped it yet. I have sent a number of request for an update on why it hasn’t been shipped and they have been ignored. I even phoned them. Nothing. No reply, just completely ignored. I’m a little worried now as I spent over $400 dollars. No sign of delivery or of answering me and informing me of what is happening with my order.
