STAY AWAY!! SCAM!!! I want to be absolutely clear about this experience in order to product other sellers. Here's the entire story: On March 1st, 2023 I sent an order to Palletfly to purchase $1380 worth of goods. I had to go through literally a dozen emails with them to get a shipping quote until finally on March 9th they told me that I had to pay the invoice first and only then could they get me a shipping quote. I sent them $1380 on March 9th as a payment via Zelle, and requested my shipping quote. I then had another correspondence back and forth with them again with literally a dozen emails until finally on March 20th they send me an email that the product was not available. They asked me if I wanted a refund, and I said yes, to which they replied that they were processing the refund. They then replied that since I had paid them via a bank transfer that they need my bank account details in order to refund the money via bank transfer. This was a lie and very suspicious since I had sent them the money via Zelle. I told them to simply send the money back via Zelle. Again, a dozen emails went back and forth and days went by with them sometimes saying they were not able to refund money via Zelle due to reaching a "monthly limit", so they needed my bank details. I do not give out bank details of our business unless dealing with a large and accredited company. I told them that if they did not return the money via Zelle that I would post on Amazon how they were treating me. They did not return the money, so I posed on Amazon. Then magically they returned the money VIA ZELLE! So it turns out that was an option the entire time, which shows CLEARLY that the claim that they could not send the payment via zelle was in fact A LIE, making their request for my business bank details all the more suspicious. That is exceedingly clear given the events which transpired. I have filed a formal complaint against them with the BBB.
