GBI just bought the pave-set Diamond... I just bought the Diamond Infinity Pendant. I am really looking forward for this, Its my GF and I’s 7yrs anniversary this year since HS and I really want her to have this for her Birthday as we are also trying to strengthen our Faith in God. GBThere were several issues with this… There were several issues with this company. 1) they shipped to our billing address, and not my fiancées shipping address, ruining the surprise that he was going to propose. 2) the ring began losing stones within 3 days of wear. When contacted, we were told that to use the "lifetime guarantee" we would need to pay to ship the ring to Turkey, which their website did not say when we purchased the ring. It wasn't until after we complained that they added "at customer cost" to their site 3) customer service took a literal WEEK to respond to our initial message, not over a holiday or particularly busy season

FRGreat quality - Great service This was the second time I ordered from Galapel. The quality of both items was excellent. I had to return the first item (hoop earring) due to a problem with my wife's earlobe and the return process was very smooth and provided great service. The second item I ordered (dangle earring) was excellent and beautiful. It was also packaged in the most magnificent lighted (yes, lighted) box that I have ever seen. Great job, Galapel!
