I was not satisfied with this company I was not satisfied with this company. I ordered 2 dresses the 1 at dress came without a problem. The 2nd dress never came a month later after I have continue to get in contact with saledress they responded 1st saying payment issue n the dress was paid for. But after a month they said the dress was out of stock & I ordered both dresses the same time so I ask for my refund which they did but I ordered this dress months before a very special occasion & never received it.

Not good as it seems I have made numerous orders with sales dress and in bulk and some items I have recieved and some I did not . I have been sending emails to reach out to customer service . No one never contact me back. I am now missing over 60 dresses never delivered . They ask you to wait 45 days to be fulfilled by amazon witch i did and the shipments stop coming I have not been issued a refund

I ordered a few items from this company… I ordered a few items from this company In the material was not what it looked like in the picture. I sent the items back over a month ago and still have not gotten a refund and every time I reach out to the company they tell me it has not been delivered. Do not waste your time with this company. It’s a scam.

I have ordered several times from… I have ordered several times from salesdress. Each time I received something other than what I expected. The clothing was a different material or the sizing and/or colors were way off and was far from good quality. Will never buy again. I guess you get what you pay for... Disappointed in Georgia
