Quality without extreme prices Was looking at some winter hoodies from Duluth trading company that were pretty expensive and ran across your hoodie, thought I would place an order and was impressed by the quality and needed a winter jacket for an upcoming trip. This led my daughter to decide to order one also after seeing the quality of mine.

Terrible customer service. I was offered a refund in the reply from Leehanton but there is no process in place to get the refund.

Not Leehanton branded and seemingly used Not Leehanton branded. You buy direct from their website and it's not even Leehanton branded. The jacket I received had no tags (assume used) and was made by a different manufacturer. (Outerwear).

Size chart was deceiving Received my order and none of my items fit. I used the size chart provided on the website but they recommended the wrong size. I decided to keep one item as I don't mind baggy hoodies but sent an email requesting either an exchange or refund of my money for the remaining items. As they did with others, they suggested I give the items that didn't fit to a friend and re-order the same items in a different size. They offered $20 off if I did this. When I said I did not want to do this they tried to convince me it would be too much trouble to return as I would be responsible for the shipping to return the items. They then offered $20 off any order I made. I once again replied and this time asked for a refund as I don't really want to deal with them and an exchange. They finally sent me the return address which is in China and stated I would not get my refund until after the items are received and processed which could be a matter of a few weeks to over a month. I will not buy from them again as the return policy sucks ( I knew this prior to purchase but thought I would give them a chance) and the customer service is lacking.
