Absolute scam company Absolute scam company, totally criminal. I ordered an xbox series x for my son. Money was taken from my account and order confirmation received by email but no delivery. Website has a login/ register tab but there is nowhere to register your details. Unfortunately paid with my debit card so now contacting bank to raise a fraud claim but don't think I will get anywhere. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHANCERS, CLEARLY HAVE NO SHAME.

Bought an Xbox x series for my son and… Bought an Xbox x series for my son and was having issues paying, ended up paying twice and was worried i would lose my money, you know what these sites can be like but i can confirm that i received the xbox last week and my refund came in today hence the review lol Thanks Guys, great experience and a very good service. The guys i spoke to on the live chat very very helpful and reassuring. ill be visiting again soon i'm sure.

EXTREMELY DODGY! 😠 I waited 2 weeks for my Xbox Series X and nothing has been received from this company. There's been no legitimate contact or order number with 'Parcel Force' who they claim to use so I "raised a dispute" about this fraud and my bank told me the Cartelectronics account is based in Illinois, USA!! TOTAL SCAMMERS! Luckily I got my £411 back immediately. If you too were deceived, contact your bank and get your money blocked to them and back where it belongs. Good luck 👍
