IT’S A SCAM IT’S A SCAM. I ordered a new balanced that never been delivered. I emailed the company and received a replied from “Joshua” that said my deliver was returned due to customer address issue. I kept emailing him more than 10 times since August asking for refund or re-shipping, and no more answers. IT’S A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I called my bank and they canceled my credit card for security and sent me a new one. JOSHUA IS A CRIMINAL.

I was impressed by their initial… I was impressed by their initial delivery time, the shoes arrived two days after purchase for no additional charge, but their communication could be better.

Don’t! Paid for the shoes. Contacted the retailer. Heard back once and not since. Still no shoes. I don’t think it’s worth ever buying shoes through them.
