DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I placed an order on September 23 for a pair of new balance shoes. I did not get an update on the initial couple of days. I decided to write an email and I never got a response back or my order. Then I wrote another email and another. For a total of 4 emails. They have no phone number. I had to contact my bank to dispute the monies.

I was impressed by their initial… I was impressed by their initial delivery time, the shoes arrived two days after purchase for no additional charge, but their communication could be better.

I ordered what was supposed to be a… I ordered what was supposed to be a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor UK size 5, wide fit. What came was an unbranded, US size 5 (much smaller) narrow fit....WOW, can't get it more wrong!!

Don’t! Paid for the shoes. Contacted the retailer. Heard back once and not since. Still no shoes. I don’t think it’s worth ever buying shoes through them.
