Horrible Customer Service, Received Wrong Order Refined Shoes took over a month to ship my order. When it finally arrived, it was two sizes larger than what I ordered in the wrong gender. I tried to contact with five emails and no response. No correction or contact ever made.

Don’t! Paid for the shoes. Contacted the retailer. Heard back once and not since. Still no shoes. I don’t think it’s worth ever buying shoes through them.

Scam Scam. Ordered some trainers on 2nd October and have heard nothing about delivery. I have chased twice but to no avail. Stay away from this company.

Refinedshoes is a total scam Refinedshoes is a total scam. They only deliver cheap copies of famous brands. You order e.g. New Balance and receive a pair of New Bechade. Don't order anything from them!!!
