Scam Scam. Ordered some trainers on 2nd October and have heard nothing about delivery. I have chased twice but to no avail. Stay away from this company.

Horrible Customer Service, Received Wrong Order Refined Shoes took over a month to ship my order. When it finally arrived, it was two sizes larger than what I ordered in the wrong gender. I tried to contact with five emails and no response. No correction or contact ever made.

Total scam Total scam. Reporting to BBB and FTC. Do not give them your money. To anyone else who has been scammed, please also report to the FTC and BBB.

I ordered what was supposed to be a… I ordered what was supposed to be a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor UK size 5, wide fit. What came was an unbranded, US size 5 (much smaller) narrow fit....WOW, can't get it more wrong!!
