Wrong size sent and the item received is clearly fake. They even got the name of trainers wrong on the box! They do not adhere to UK law when it comes to consumer rights.

I emailed the company and received a replied from “Joshua” that said my deliver was returned due to customer address issue. I kept emailing him more than 10 times since August asking for refund or re-shipping, and no more answers. IT’S A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I called my bank and they canceled my credit card for security and sent me a new one. JOSHUA IS A CRIMINAL.

They should be ashamed Would not recommend you buy from the company, I am still waiting on the training shoes I ordered in September 2023 I have sent email after email with no response, they were not shy taking the £80 for them. I will be taking this up with the Ombusman after the New Year, they won't be getting away with it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I placed an order on September 23 for a pair of new balance shoes. I did not get an update on the initial couple of days. I decided to write an email and I never got a response back or my order. Then I wrote another email and another. For a total of 4 emails. They have no phone number. I had to contact my bank to dispute the monies.
