Don’t! Paid for the shoes. Contacted the retailer. Heard back once and not since. Still no shoes. I don’t think it’s worth ever buying shoes through them.

They should be ashamed Would not recommend you buy from the company, I am still waiting on the training shoes I ordered in September 2023 I have sent email after email with no response, they were not shy taking the £80 for them. I will be taking this up with the Ombusman after the New Year, they won't be getting away with it.

Scam Scam. Shoes have not arrived sent several emails and no correspondence back!! Just taken the money and run. Website looks genuine, actually came up on a Google search alongside many other well known websites so didn’t even think it would be a scam! Need to start looking for website reviews when it’s not one I have heard of before. Lesson learnt!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I placed an order on September 23 for a pair of new balance shoes. I did not get an update on the initial couple of days. I decided to write an email and I never got a response back or my order. Then I wrote another email and another. For a total of 4 emails. They have no phone number. I had to contact my bank to dispute the monies.

This shop sells fake items and are not… This shop sells fake items and are not to be trusted. I recently attempted to purchase a pair of branded trainers. Wrong size sent and the item received is clearly fake. They even got the name of trainers wrong on the box! They do not adhere to UK law when it comes to consumer rights.
