GBUpdate. Received a response that rectified all of my issues and concerns. I addressed the support response time and was assured that it will not happen in the future. My products are now synced They have great products but terrible customer support. I have been waiting 5 days for a response for a ticket that I created. They advertise a Shopify integration but when you sync the platform, you are taken to 3rd party app, whose registration form is in Chinese. They claim they have 24/7 support but there is no live chat on their platform, so you just have to wait until your account rep decides to respond to your email. Their platform was highly recommended, but I fear this will hurt my businesses especially if a customer has an issue that needs immediate response

GBI am extremely satisfied I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tina and I might even rejoin in the future as I can see that Go Ten puts its customers first. The staff is interested in helping you. They are friendly, helpful and prompt. Great company! Highly recommend them.

GBi have not got a clue how to use this… signed up and tried to place a order unfortuanately they want you to send photo id just to buy from them.What kind of buisness refuses peoples money without id? they have good products, so i tried to upload my driving license only to be told the image is to large This is the most frustrating dropshiping site i have encountered...Heres a idea for your company stop making it so difficult to buy your goods

CAI know all the positive reviews here… I know all the positive reviews here are fake! This company sucks, use them and lose money as a drop shipper! Their return sucks, they will not refund you and they charge too many fees to place an order with them.

CAHorrible on Returns Beware before you order that if you need to return anything they will only give you less than half the price back even though the product is returned in the same condition and they can easily resell it. 45% back on refunds is far from industry standard!
