GBAfter trying Goten for a few months After trying Goten for a few months, overall there are just too many issues with products and needing to do returns and the aftersales team take a long time to resolve anything. Yes some products are ok, but the rate of which returns or issues happen and the speed which goten deal with it is not great .... It's difficult to see them as a partner for much longer. Update: The resistance dial broke on a customer's bike .... I asked goten to send a replacement and had to fight for 3 weeks without getting any proper results. The item has now arrived and they did not even send the correct part. This is extremely embarrassing and I am so soo disappointed and angry by this.

GBScammers on return and refund cases My honest review . Goten is a real dropshipping platform using dropshipping retail sellers to make money . The bad thing about this platform ,they don't refund you in faulty items cases ,missing items ,compensation.... They have never refunded me ....they deleted all my refund cases on my account...(deleted all the evidences). They send damaged items, missing parts , to my customers . I had to refund my customers fully but Goten never refunded me ☹☹☹ (I won't forgive you greedy Goten😢😢😢 ) I thought I could make an extra income with Goten eventhough little money....... They took my money....I lost a lot . Be aware in sourcing expensive fragile items... You will work like a dog for Goten and pay for their faulty products from your pocket.I thought sourcing from their platform would be more Secured...but not... they promise partial refund or sharing loss ... The reality is lies🤥🤥🤥 ..... My account manager is like a gost manager doesn't like live chat...you have to email her (that not a big issue ) Goten strategy is : 0 loss = stupid will pays for faulty item 0 return 0 refund ⬆️just increasing the profit 💸💸💰💰. Once they find about a hot sale products they increase the prices dramatically ... Excuse Me the good reviews writers!!..how do you handle your return and refund cases ??🙄🙄😁😁. Goten you know that I am.not a liar .I would like to upload here all evidences for transparency. Just remember Go ten might destroy your business . Because doesn't cooperate with you to grow your business the evidence (no refund, increasing the prices and fees profit margin is low 50p if you sell on Market place like Ebay if you want to sell) I used to make a good profit sourcing from Amazon in the beginning.( Now I set up a company) Now I source from other platform in faulty cases the suppliers refund me.

GBUpdate. Received a response that rectified all of my issues and concerns. I addressed the support response time and was assured that it will not happen in the future. My products are now synced They have great products but terrible customer support. I have been waiting 5 days for a response for a ticket that I created. They advertise a Shopify integration but when you sync the platform, you are taken to 3rd party app, whose registration form is in Chinese. They claim they have 24/7 support but there is no live chat on their platform, so you just have to wait until your account rep decides to respond to your email. Their platform was highly recommended, but I fear this will hurt my businesses especially if a customer has an issue that needs immediate response

GBGo Ten is 50/50 for me Go Ten is 50/50 for me. On the positive half, shipping is quick and easy, queries responsive. On the not so positive side -some high ticket items have a high rate of complaints or returns. You will have to split the return 45-55% with the company. Obviously this will leave you out of pocket. Missing screws -you are advised to tell your customer to go buy it themselves and a small partial refund offered for this. I would happily score this company far higher if some of the items were less shoddily built. Too many incidents of broken, frayed , bent or misaligned screw holes etc especially at the price they are being offered at.

GBThey never give you the full refund… They never give you the full refund they will find any excuse not to pay you. Rubbish profit margins, Everyone online is competing with everyone else by the time you list a product you'd be lucky to make a pound on each item. COG + VAT + handling fee + Card fee. They add all these fees on top. you won't make money for the amount of work you put in by using Goten. They don't pressure on the courier companies that have the item for days and weeks and they don't contact them or pressure them at all. You paid they have their money they don't care about you. They make all the money and you do all the hard work for peanuts in the end. They never have enough UK stock. So if your a UK seller be prepared to struggle to find products that do sell are in stock. They save those products for their special sellers £50.0000 a month sellers then you can reserve stock AVOID AVOID AVOID not worth your time because that's what you'll be wasting here and money if you get a refund and you will get a refund it's inevitable.
