GBGo Ten is 50/50 for me Go Ten is 50/50 for me. On the positive half, shipping is quick and easy, queries responsive. On the not so positive side -some high ticket items have a high rate of complaints or returns. You will have to split the return 45-55% with the company. Obviously this will leave you out of pocket. Missing screws -you are advised to tell your customer to go buy it themselves and a small partial refund offered for this. I would happily score this company far higher if some of the items were less shoddily built. Too many incidents of broken, frayed , bent or misaligned screw holes etc especially at the price they are being offered at.

ZMScammers There payment system will tell you everything about them how do you request for such information from your customer, don’t register with this company has they will request for personal personal details, there are just a worst of time and energy

LKTerrible Website Terrible Website. Asking the real PayPal sensitive data. I guess these companies are big SCAM site. So bad with uncooperative payment gateways. Even with the reply. Anybody who reads should understand is it normal to give your paypal address and the personal details, driving license copy for website we don't know of. Pretty strange. Even high security websites dose not as for the paypal account details. People need to aware off these so called their terms policies.

GBSCAM site. SCAM site. All poducts have no margine. they just use this website to collect email, address and phone number. I used a simcard and phone number on a device i never use because I did not trust it. The same day I got phone call on device I never use telling me I had been in a car accident. The only place I entered this phone number was on their SCAM website. Be Warned.

GBAfter trying Goten for a few months After trying Goten for a few months, overall there are just too many issues with products and needing to do returns and the aftersales team take a long time to resolve anything. Yes some products are ok, but the rate of which returns or issues happen and the speed which goten deal with it is not great .... It's difficult to see them as a partner for much longer. Update: The resistance dial broke on a customer's bike .... I asked goten to send a replacement and had to fight for 3 weeks without getting any proper results. The item has now arrived and they did not even send the correct part. This is extremely embarrassing and I am so soo disappointed and angry by this.
