GBGo Ten is 50/50 for me Go Ten is 50/50 for me. On the positive half, shipping is quick and easy, queries responsive. On the not so positive side -some high ticket items have a high rate of complaints or returns. You will have to split the return 45-55% with the company. Obviously this will leave you out of pocket. Missing screws -you are advised to tell your customer to go buy it themselves and a small partial refund offered for this. I would happily score this company far higher if some of the items were less shoddily built. Too many incidents of broken, frayed , bent or misaligned screw holes etc especially at the price they are being offered at.

CAHorrible on Returns Beware before you order that if you need to return anything they will only give you less than half the price back even though the product is returned in the same condition and they can easily resell it. 45% back on refunds is far from industry standard!

GBStruggles in return cases you will be the big loser Hi To help you this is my honest review according to my experience ... 1)Just remember this🤫 every thing would be fine with you until when your start to have a return cases... exemples: If a customer orders by mistake from your store and opens a return case Goten won't assiste you ,that means you have to arrange the return...how can a customer return a heavy item more than 30 kg without return label from the sender ? Damaged items cases Goten tries always to put the blame on the customer and you won't be refunded be aware . You are the victim always . They say that they share loss with you this it's not true according to my honest experience in (damaged items ) they haven't refunded me yet .I can prove that .... They are always winners. If you wants to source from them just remember being to honest won't work if you are honest person,with lack of experience in dropshipping they will use you to get rid of their damaged items (send it to your customer then you have to refund ...then no refund from them =money loss💸 ) It's hard to grow your small business. If your are high ticket dropshipping business owner you might make profit with them ... Goten just adds to many fees on their .product VAT ,order processing fees,payment by visa card fees by that by this ... they increases the products prices so your profit margin below (be vigilant) This is my honest review

GBCOULD BE A BETTER COMPANY I started to use GoTen for my new dropshipping adventure and very rapidly received my first order. They advertise that we can use PayPal, but when you actually need to use it you will realise that you need to request authorisation from your account manager, that is based in China, not in the UK, so you have to wait for the answer depends on what time you sent your request, then they ask you to send information that not even PayPal requests (Driving licence, passport), no thank you, you will never get this from me. After I placed my order with GoTen (paid by credit card) on the 07/12/2020, on the 09/12/2020 was ready to be shipped and was given a Hermes tracking number, today the 17/12/2020 the item is still sitting the GoTen's warehouse waiting to be collected. I have been contacting them since the 11/12/2020 asking why my parcel is still sitting on their warehouse, and always got a scripted reply saying that Hermes takes their parcels without scanning and it should be scanned at any moment!!!! IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE MY ITEM IS READY FOR COLLECTION!!!! and now I have to wait 15 days for them to do something about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a very angry customer to deal with, and these guys do nothing about it. Just be aware... Edit due to contact made from Goten. I was contacted today regarding my order and the situation will be resolved, not ideal but is the best that can be arranged. They are now looking in to resolve the Paypal situation soon and that is Excellent news as it will help a lot.

GBAfter trying Goten for a few months After trying Goten for a few months, overall there are just too many issues with products and needing to do returns and the aftersales team take a long time to resolve anything. Yes some products are ok, but the rate of which returns or issues happen and the speed which goten deal with it is not great .... It's difficult to see them as a partner for much longer. Update: The resistance dial broke on a customer's bike .... I asked goten to send a replacement and had to fight for 3 weeks without getting any proper results. The item has now arrived and they did not even send the correct part. This is extremely embarrassing and I am so soo disappointed and angry by this.
