I got what I paid for. I decided to put omega 3 back in my nutrition plan. I have always believed they were the most beneficial supplement a person could take. I used to take when I was younger and thought they would help now that I have some health issues. I have been taking the krill oil for one month now and can already see the difference as my legs and feet are less swollen.
