GBDo Not Use SaleYee We have been dealing with SaleYee for a few months. With three of our orders, until now they have not been delivered. We ordered items on 17th July - their website states 3-5 days. Until now, no delivery (27th July). Also, we demanded a full refund due to one of the orders being returned by the courier company. They have not given us a full refund - only a partial one. They say that it is their policy.. We are happy to abide by their policy BUT, not when the item was never delivered. Because of this we have lost one customer (and potentially, another customer in the same situation who has opened a complaint against us for the item not being delivered). We expect a full refund for our orders, as we have to refund our customers a full refund. We strongly state that SaleYee should not take clients' money when they cannot provide the service. We advise anyone who is thinking of dealing with SaleYee to grow their drop shipping business NOT to use them. It will affect your business in a negative way and you will lose your customers and on top of this you will also lose money due to their refund policy.

GBlack of communication was a nightmare… lack of communication was a nightmare especially when i opened an account with them for dropshipping and i could get hold of any information,then i send few messages and none went through,it was a total Chinese language which i could figure out if its an F word or reply in good terms, its a total joke for Saleye. and lack of transparency,and unprofessionalism as well.
