I have called several times and left messages with their answering service who answers for their support, and no one has ever contacted me back! This company makes a lot of claims and offers, such as lifetime support, but what good is lifetime support of no one will ever call you back after numerous phone calls?!

They buy the products from ali express for half the price in my case £235. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST. I had problem installing my product so i called customer service. I was told and oversea engineer will call me in 48 hours. Over 2 week of me calling and getting the phone put down on me, on numerous occasions. They final answer but it was the same response. So basically the are running down the 30 days money back which ali express do aswell lol. Absolute crooks Absolute crooks. Provided a faulty part them promised to replace it under warranty. Have now been waiting over 9 months for replacement to arrive & they keep blaming couriers, have no intnention of providing anything or refunding any money. Should be in jail.
