Been using Vetpetni for a while now Been using Vetpetni for a while now. Cheaper to buy from them and if you collect from your veterinary practice there's no delivery fee. Delivery is usually within 2 or 3 days. It's a brilliant service and if I've had to call with a question the staff are lovely and friendly and oh so helpful. No hesitation in recommending Vetpetni! :-)

Delighted with the service Delighted with the service. Incredibly quick delivery, even over Christmas. I've a dog with diabetes so cannot "shop around" as only vet practices seem able to sell specialist food in ROI. No competition = expensive. Vetpetni is simply much better value for the same products!

I am over the moon. I am over the moon that VetPetNI supplied me with something which no other facility in the UK had in stock. All said unavailable!! Also neither the suppliers (Royal Canin) or even my own Vet could supply me as none in stock. It was unavailable everywhere, but this company surpassed all my expectations by supplying me. I am so pleased I have found you and will definitely be using you again. You are amazing and helped me out enormously. Well done and an enormous thank you from my dog and myself. Delivered my order to a vets over 1… Delivered my order to a vets over 1 hour drive away, no delivery address confirmed in order invoices when received or this error could have been corrected weeks ago. Then vetpetni blamed me on the mistake, then they went and made their own arrangements to move the order without my permission, my day at work spent chasing a bag of dog food ordered 3 weeks ago. Such poor service

Ordering Review. As usual, delivery times are exceptional. I would love to be able to locate the product I usually get without scrolling through pages. This is certainly not a complaint, just an observation.
