FAKE COMPANY FAKE COMPANY. Emails and phones don't work. Charged under Kitchenaion, ordered thru darnsnd, order confirmation under shopamazy. Good luck getting your money back.

It's a scam phone numbers won't… It's a scam phone numbers won't work.Your credit card believe them they send tracking number to place in same town so your credit card see it was received in town but not your adress . The address to the company is a clothing in different state. Now I'm fighting my credit card to get my money back. CITI IM VERY DISAPPOINTED in you guys for not believe me.

Scammed same complaint as other… Scammed same complaint as other customers. I did not receive the item and Credit card co. initially resolved in favor of the company. Since seller sent tracking information to show item was delivered. I refuted the decision and sent the credit card company copies of reviews from Trustpilot, BBB and other scam detection sites. I filed a claim with FBI fraud dept. and the FTC. I also cc'ed the credit card company on every email I sent Strombord with the tracking number from strombord.com. The trace showed an item being delivered to an address unknown to me and not on the form I filled. The company does not send a confirmation invoice. The credit card company reopened the dispute and reviewing all the info I sent, ruled in my favor. So don't give up fighting for your rights

This is a completely scam company This is a completely scam company. I am having the same experience that all these other people are relating. I ordered a compost tumbler through hainshow.com, the emails are from Shopamazy.com, and I was charged on my credit card through Kitchenaion. Never received the item. Now the emails don't even show a picture of my order anymore, somehow they erased that. But luckily I had already sent them an email requesting a refund and that email still shows my original order. Otherwise I would have no proof that I ordered what I did. Because the letter they sent to Citibank, claiming that I received my order, had a list of stuff that I never ordered. Had nothing to do with my order. And Citibank took their side. So that's fun. So now I'm busy printing out a bunch of stuff to send to Citibank to try to get them to actually give me back my $64.53. So I'm a super happy person right now, having to convince my credit card company to actually take the side of their own customer rather than a scam company.

This company is Fraud They aren scammers and crooks pure and simple.
