Their lions mane is amazing. I definitely felt more clarity and less brain fog. The far burner helped me stay fuller longer and I noticed a decrease in bloating. I recently tried Nutratology’s… I recently tried Nutratology’s Turmeric, Ashwagandha, and Magnesium Bi-Glycinate, and all I can say is WOW. These products are amazing! As someone who struggles with inflammation, I've noticed a significant reduction since taking the Turmeric. Additionally, my mood and energy have improved. Given my stressful job, Ashwagandha has been a lifesaver in managing my stress levels, and my overall sleep quality has significantly improved. I can finally sleep through the night. The magnesium is excellent for relaxing my muscles after a tough gym session. I highly recommend any of these products!!

High quality supplements from a Canadian company The supplements are high quality, easily absorbed and improve how I feel. My sleep improved using the Magnesium Biglycinate. I also loved how I felt taking the Biotin, Women’s Probiotics and Lions Mane. The vitamin K2 & D3 are small capsules and easily absorbed. I like that the Glucosamine Chondroitin has Turmeric to reduce inflammation. I've just started using the Berberine so I'll see how it goes. I definitely recommend this company and their line of supplements.

Definitely recommend.... I purchased the ACV capsules from Nutratology, which was delivered faster than expected. I must say these capsules are literally magic. After 1 week of taking the capsules, my bloating was gone, my appetite was suppressed, which I am super happy about, because I'm currently on a weight loss journey, so this was a plus.
