I feel less bloated after eating and during the day since I’ve been using the probiotic and my hair always been fairly healthy but the biotin juste give them the little boost they where missing!

High quality supplements from a Canadian company The supplements are high quality, easily absorbed and improve how I feel. My sleep improved using the Magnesium Biglycinate. I also loved how I felt taking the Biotin, Women’s Probiotics and Lions Mane. The vitamin K2 & D3 are small capsules and easily absorbed. I like that the Glucosamine Chondroitin has Turmeric to reduce inflammation. I've just started using the Berberine so I'll see how it goes. I definitely recommend this company and their line of supplements.
