Goodbye Epilepsy Medicine! Jake and the team at USA Medical are so helpful! My daughter suffers from epilepsy and she's had to be on medication for the last few years. I truly disagree with all things big pharma, and was looking for a better alternative to giving my child what is likely hurting more than helping. When I spoke with Jake, he told me all the benefits of CBD and how it has absolutely helped people with epilepsy. So we got a bottle and started giving it to her a few weeks ago. Firstly, she MUCH prefers the taste to her old medicine. But, much more importantly, she hasn't had a seizure since she's been off of her medicine and on the CBD. I will just say with all my medical issues and my refusal to take prescription medications this has absolutely 100% changed my life. The excruciating pain I was in was beyond what I can talk about. Had issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.

The difference in quality magnesium! I started taking magnesium back in February after coming across USA Medical on TikTok. I didn’t realize what a difference quality magnesium capsules would make! I’ve only been taking the magnesium and woman’s daily vitamin for a couple days but I can already tell the difference in how I feel. Very satisfied and will be purchasing again!
