Easy and great experience Easy and great experience! Bonnie was very helpful. The website is super easy to navigate and really work through different plans to decide on what your family wants to do or your portfolio should include as a builder. The modification cost is a little high, but overall a fair price for the plans with CAD models.

Very basic plans with missing details… Very basic plans with many details missing roof design, structural members info. No materials list. Dont pay $1000 on their plans and expect you will get any permit approvals, let alone a builder to accept the plans as a useable construction doc.
