Great service from Maramani.com First of all, Maramani has some great house designs. Secondly, even before paying a cent, I communicated with their team by WhatsApp and got lots of helpful answers to questions. This is GREAT service. All questions were answered very clearly. Finally, I paid for basic access to see all floor plans (not expensive and very useful), before paying for a full set of plans for one of the designs. We are now working with the builders, but I am sure that Maramani.com will continue to help with responding to questions if any arise. The designs, including full structural drawings, were delivered in minutes. Lastly, I got the impression that customizations would be very expensive. To the contrary, Maramani were prepared to make significant changes, after our request, for a relatively modest extra payment. Overall, a wonderful service!!! Bravo Maramani.com

Do not pay for premium service!! Even when the so-called premium service of 59 usd is paid, the account is deactivated after a few hours. So every time you want to check a construction plan, you have to register again. Service support ignores questions about it and does not want to refund money.

Experience purchasing house plans The Q&A area offered great insight into what was getting into when selecting the house plans. Having a premium membership account was key as had more access to the house plans. The team constantly kept checking on me through emails and offered to assist in selecting the house plan. The company has various modes of payment which made it easy to make payments. For my case was able to pay via MPesa through a third party. Once premium account membership payment was confirmed; the company facilitated access to premium content. Was able to access more details about the desired design. There after selected the house plans that I loved. I later made full payment to access the downloads for the house plans. I like the fact that the payment made for premium membership, is offered as a discount while purchasing the house plans.

Architectural plan purchase. Browsing through the website is easy and straightforward. Plans apply to the African continent, specifically to details applicable mostly here. Despite having fewer plans to select from, Maramani ensures consideration mentioned by past clients are incorporated for high quality, affordable units. The only downside was the presentation in .dwg format. Not used friendly and loops into additional purchases with fees and other obstacles that turn into a nightmare. It may be newer software, but construction doesn't need advance programmes. The acrobat format is concise and easy to work with. Choices between basic, standard and luxury very in price, understandably so. Though the basic is good enough to erect a worthy structure as it is. Online staff are friendly and available within reasonable working hours. Kudos Maramani team, for the grand effort. My family and friends shall be visiting your website for plans, when planning to build.
