ordered from ebay along with a lot more… ordered from ebay along with a lot more modelux kits from various places. the one kit i ordered from Mitchell wood had parts missing. got ignored started a dispute, still got ignored. left neg feedback, Toby from Mitchell wood then claimed to have refunded and sent a new kit via the ebay feedback system! this was absolute BS so i am still without what i paid for so sent that back along with all the other kits i purchased from various sellers and wont be buying from modelux again, which is a shame but i cant afford to throw money away.

n gauge gasometer good quality model instructions sheet could be more in depth. postage delivery could be quicker having to wait 12 days to recieve kit.

MODELDS THAT TICK ALL THE BOXES FOR ME. THE COMPANY PROVIDEDS FIRST CLASS AUTHENTIC MODELS WHICH ARE A JOY TO MAKE AS THEIR PARTS ARE EASIER THAN MANY TO REMOVE FROM THEIR BACKING AND NOT SO FIDDLY. IM MY OPINION THEIR MODELS' FINISH IS OF A VERY SUPERIOR QUALITY, CERTAINLY THE BEST I HAVE COME ACROSS, AT SENSIBLE PRICES WITH FAST DELIVERY. I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN AND WISH YOU EVERY SUCCESS YOU MORE THAN DESERVE IT.

Can't fault the service Very quick delivery. Can't fault the service. The website appears to be under construction with various bits missing such as Ts and Cs. I was disappointed that there did not appear to be an option to pay by PayPal. However, ordering is very straightforward. I bought the two OO scale low relief warehouse kits. They came nicely packed. The included instructions are rather basic but it is fairly obvious which bits go where and they are quite easy to assemble. There are no interior floors etc., and no glazing. However, the kits are very nicely printed and cut, and can easily be modified and adapted to suit needs.

I've amended my rating as they have… I've amended my rating as they have responded to my last post and apologised and taking steps to remedy the situation re my order etc. They have admitted they are struggling to meet the demand for their products. I am willing to be patient for now knowing that is the case.
