EV Charger installation Excellent customer service throughout, answered our questions promptly prior to installation. Kelvin our engineer was highly professional, tidy and spent time with us to ensure our kit was working well and we understood basic functions.

Excellent company easy to deal with… Excellent company easy to deal with and professional Sam gave me couple of dates for installation and communication through emails was fast and efficient he got the charger and so it was hassle free On the day the installation was problem free - the engineer David was at my house very early, he explained the few choices I needed to make and then got on with it swiftly and showed me how everything works when it was complete.

Good service, happy but room for improvement Dan arrived on site at the allotted time (8am) and completed the installation well, very pleased overall. Only a couple of minor gripes, he didn’t mark up the consumer panel and should have asked for a vacuum

Decent install but now i need to get a floor board replaced. Engineer who came for the install was good and he did a decent job however to gain access under the floor he decided to cut one of the floor boards. It has been cut in such a way that it is unsupported. He had put couple of screws to keep the floor board in place but it has since caved in only been few days.

Elecology - brilliant service We were a little nervous about getting our first car charger fitted. Sam Harris and Elecology came highly recommended by a neighbour. These guys are amazing! Sam dealt patiently with all our concerns and was totally professional and clued up. The engineer who carried out our installation two weeks later was awesome. His work was first class from start to finish. He took great care to ensure that we understood how to operate the charger and tested it and demonstrated it before leaving. He was a very thorough and tidy worker - top marks!!
