Great Experience! My wife and I had a great experience designing our new home. During the initial call, Nate listened carefully to our ideas/wants, and his first draft was great. During the follow-up calls, we were able to make minor changes on the fly. For the one or two more substantial changes, we received them back within a day or two each time. For us, the whole process took only about three weeks. Nate was very thoughtful in his designs and was quick with replies to our questions. Our builder was happy with the final plans and told us they were very thorough and clearly well-thought-out. We think this is a wonderful way to design the exact home you want. The price is also a big consideration, given how much it would cost to either hire an architect to draw up plans or to buy a generic plan from the internet and then still have to hire an architect to make changes. We highly recommend this service.

As a builder As a builder, I was blown away by the quality of these house plans. The planset strikes a nice balance, being detailed but not too detailed. I liked how we could fill in the material and finish specifications ourselves which is a nice feature. The material calculations on each sheet were also very useful for QTO/bidding.

Responsive and Knowledgeable They help construct a quality unique home plan for a fraction of the cost of other architects. We knew pretty much what we wanted. If had a lot of design questions and really needed some hand holding, this might not be the best solution for you. Otherwise, it was great. They are super responsive and helpful.
