It was an awesome process - being able to see and walkthrough the 3D model was just a gamechanger. As a builder As a builder, I was blown away by the quality of these house plans. The planset strikes a nice balance, being detailed but not too detailed. I liked how we could fill in the material and finish specifications ourselves which is a nice feature. The material calculations on each sheet were also very useful for QTO/bidding.
