We designed a custom home plan with… We designed a custom home plan with Nate and it was a truly incredible process. We dot to watch live in 3D as Nate made changes to the plans and allowed us to see different design options which was super helpful.

As a builder As a builder, I was blown away by the quality of these house plans. The planset strikes a nice balance, being detailed but not too detailed. I liked how we could fill in the material and finish specifications ourselves which is a nice feature. The material calculations on each sheet were also very useful for QTO/bidding.
