If you know what home design and floor plan you desire Nate will get your plans completed in a professional manner that is performed in 3 phases. He turned-around each phase of design as fast as we could provide feedback. We highly recommend BHD for their plans avaialble for purchase or for custom home plans.

As a builder As a builder, I was blown away by the quality of these house plans. The planset strikes a nice balance, being detailed but not too detailed. I liked how we could fill in the material and finish specifications ourselves which is a nice feature. The material calculations on each sheet were also very useful for QTO/bidding.
