They got featured in some articles but now I think it must be ads. The big red alert is they said on homepage that they will give you 20% If you give them review on related websites. However that mean they asking people to write review without being see their order complete. I chat with their support, send my floorplan before submitting order for confirmation and the first thing the say that I need to order more because it's not 1 apartment plan, after send them photo to ask how it's not 1 apartment they told me that it was their mistake and it's 1 apartment floorplan. Then I decided to give them a try. After payment, they Again tell me that it's not one apartment and try to lure me in order more and pay more so they would finish my order. I said no, refund me. Then they replies that refund already processed and it would take5 days. I said ok, refund me. After I decide not to pay them more, they wrote me an email that they are working on my order. After 2 days without anything delivered (they claim to deliver in 24hours) I sent them multiple emails and received nothing from them. Then I contact them via Facebook and finally they replies maybe thinking a new customer is coming for get scammed. After I sent them my order ID and ask where is my order or refund. They said the order is being completed and will delivery in 5 hours. after 6 hours I come back to the chat and realized they banned me from chat with them on fb. Because I tried with another account and that new account is able to message them. So basically they are scammer and trying to rip people off. Beware and stay out of it.
