The Floorplan team is being honest and I got my detailed floorplan designed in A DAY. Just give them sometime to settle with the submissions, it may have some delays but it is never too late then never!

YMWV Did not provide any plans within the 1 business day timeline they follow. It seems like a scam. I am professional techie and I don't feel they need more than that to deliver via AI models, even though it might be in training. I have initiated a refund and waiting to get my money back. Edit: (11/04) The project manager reached out with the plans and assured about the service. Plans looks good for referencing or getting an idea of the layout. They should work on the delivery timelines, updates and support.

They got featured in some articles but now I think it must be ads. The big red alert is they said on homepage that they will give you 20% If you give them review on related websites. However that mean they asking people to write review without being see their order complete. I chat with their support, send my floorplan before submitting order for confirmation and the first thing the say that I need to order more because it's not 1 apartment plan, after send them photo to ask how it's not 1 apartment they told me that it was their mistake and it's 1 apartment floorplan. Then I decided to give them a try. After payment, they Again tell me that it's not one apartment and try to lure me in order more and pay more so they would finish my order. I said no, refund me. Then they replies that refund already processed and it would take5 days. I said ok, refund me. After I decide not to pay them more, they wrote me an email that they are working on my order. After 2 days without anything delivered (they claim to deliver in 24hours) I sent them multiple emails and received nothing from them. Then I contact them via Facebook and finally they replies maybe thinking a new customer is coming for get scammed. After I sent them my order ID and ask where is my order or refund. They said the order is being completed and will delivery in 5 hours. after 6 hours I come back to the chat and realized they banned me from chat with them on fb. Because I tried with another account and that new account is able to message them. So basically they are scammer and trying to rip people off. Beware and stay out of it. I will post review on all related sites hope to get my review back. If anybody looking for proof I have everything screenshot and captured as video. Stay away and don't let these scammer take your hard earned money
