We got 10 layouts in 1 day in good quality. Not enough customization to change the color of walls and floors. All in all it's just AI magic!

YMWV Did not provide any plans within the 1 business day timeline they follow. It seems like a scam. I am professional techie and I don't feel they need more than that to deliver via AI models, even though it might be in training. I have initiated a refund and waiting to get my money back. Edit: (11/04) The project manager reached out with the plans and assured about the service. Plans looks good for referencing or getting an idea of the layout. They should work on the delivery timelines, updates and support.
