The pros of this service are definitely the speed and the very affordable price, given the quality of the renders. The cons, regarding my case, are, for example, the fact that I cannot indicate certain types of finishing that are necessary for my situation right from the start. I was very impressed by the virtual tour, which is excellent for making potential customers understand the spaces and dimensions of the rooms, although I would prefer to have the possibility to zoom out in some corners of the room for a better visual impact. Usually, I design the model on Sketchup and render it with V-Ray, but this takes a lot of time and a very powerful computer. In my dream service, I could personally modify the model to my liking once it is completed, but I realize that it would be quite challenging to do on an online platform. I strongly hope for the development and success of this technology, which can significantly improve this industry.
