3/9 of my boxes of tiles were broken on… 3/9 of my boxes of tiles were broken on delivery, and another 3 were the wrong tile completely. unhelpful customer service said they had to process the delivery in order to tell me when they could get me a replacement, could not expedite for me and says it "usually" takes 7-10 days. not good enough when I have been waiting 2 weeks already.
