Couldn't ask for a better online support system. They've been trustworthy, helpful, supportive, and honest the entire journey! They've listened to my concerns, wishes, and needs and worked with me the entire way! I've reached my goals and able to maintain my weight loss goals WITHOUT struggling like I have in the past after crazy diet crashes and yo-yo diets! Finally at 50 years old I have found balance and peace in my weight loss journey thanks to dietdoc! I started my journey in May 2023 and reached my goal in Nov 2023. I am now easily maintaining that 50lb loss as of Jan 2024!

The Team at Diet Doc is very… The Team at Diet Doc is very knowledgeable, professional, patient and helpful. They navigate your weight loss journey with food plans, support people and Doctors that listen to what your goals are and take into account what your life style is like (I work in Food and Beverage and it can be hard some days) so that you are successful in taking off the pounds. Shout out to Gian and Dennis for taking me from 182 back to 151 as of this morning!!!! 11 more pounds to go!
