GBShoddy work and poor customer service First visit was great. He was polite, helpful etc. Then all went downhill. First appointment cancelled with 12 hours notice. Turned up on time to fit it. I then had 4 missed calls asking for payment before I'd finished work that day! Got home to all the rubbish and the old boiler still on the drive so I couldn't park. It took 2 emails and a very cross phone call before they even started to arrange for it to be picked up. When I said I risked getting a parking ticket as our road was permit holders and I couldn't park on our drive I was told to look for parking elsewhere! I have since noticed a leak. It has been nearly a month since I contacted them and still don't have a date for someone to come and look at it. I'm beginning to think trading standards will be the only way to get it sorted.
