I have had restless leg syndrome for many years and it had become worse over the years to the point that even with medication prescribed by my Dr, I was unable to sleep or even rest well at night. I started using this product as a trial and was amazed at how well it relaxed my legs. I will never be without this product. I sleep all night without having to get up and walk because of RLS. I do wish I could order in larger container instead of the small size because I do use N-KALM every night on my feet and lower legs.
