GBShocking customer service Shocking customer service! I wanted a replacement handle for a wardrobe. A simple thing. It should never have happened in the first place but anyway. The service was so bad. 10 minute waiting on a live chat, followed by the a representative named Zoe saying "Thank you for your patience" and other similar terms ever minute for 20 minutes straight. All before asking me about my problem again as if I never even mentioned it to begin with! What the heck are they even doing when I am wasting my time? The wardrobe was bare bones quality but the customer service is what killed Argos for me. "Sorry for keeping you waiting" I'm still hit with that even after having my problem explained again. Do NOT buy from here. If you need replacement parts or returns. Forget about it. Go somewhere else with better customer service AND part quality.

GBI've never had any problems with Argos I've never had any problems with Argos. There are always good deals and prices along with availability and delivery.
