Order from May still not delivered - no communication I ordered two windows on May 10, 2023. I was told it could take six weeks. It is now near the end of September and they do not answer phone calls, their voice mailbox is full and the one time I did reach a person, they told me they would nget back to me that same day and it never happened. That was a month ago. I now believe this company has gone out of business. Don't do business with them?

It is very reassuring to know my home is protected against storm damage. I recently made a long-overdue decision to install hurricane shutters on my house in South Florida. The company was great to work with and the shutters are of very high quality. There was a short waiting time and then installation was surprisingly quick and expertly handled. All of the shutters fit snuggly, which was a concern. I would unequivocally endorse Hurricane Shutters Florida and recommend that anyone living in a potential heavy storm area, which now seems to be almost everywhere, get the protection and peace of mind of these professionally, custom-made shutters.

Accordion shutters order feedback I received my accordion shutters 3 weeks after I place the order, as promised. The shipment arrived without any visible damage, but when I opened the shutters I noticed a nick on one of the panels which was obviously caused by the saw used during production. One of the bushings was also missing, so I called the company to have them send it to me. The staff was very friendly and took action immediately; however, they didn't send the part priority mail and took a week to arrive. I have no issue with the quality of the shutters, but there is obviously a quality control issue within Empire Construction. Hence my 3-star rating.
