Painted no powder coated Ordered months ago. Inquired about order and was told there was a quality control issue with powder coating and the shutters would be here in a few weeks. Another 4 to 6 weeks went by, no communication. I put in a despute with CC company and then they responded. Shutters were shipped. Correct size They were not powder coated, they were painted and the pain it flaking off the aluminum. If they were powder coated correctly, I would have had no problem. I'm stuck with them now in Oklahoma

Excellent Really nice shutters well worth the money

Order from May still not delivered - no communication I ordered two windows on May 10, 2023. I was told it could take six weeks. It is now near the end of September and they do not answer phone calls, their voice mailbox is full and the one time I did reach a person, they told me they would nget back to me that same day and it never happened. That was a month ago. I now believe this company has gone out of business. Don't do business with them?
