I brought a wedding dress from Joybetty nearly a year ago.. had custom made too my size and paid extra. One it was way to big and two looked nothing like the photos the dress claims to look like, I then email and they said I send the dress back I would get a refund… paid 30 to send back but never received my refund… today I had a parcel turn up in my name so I took it in.. opened it and it was the dress that I sent back over a year ago.. with dirty marks over it not that it would make any difference. They have also took money from my bank for this dress. Why didn’t I get a refund it’s awful.

Dress I love the dress. It is amazing and it looked exactly like it shown on the picture. I am really satisfied with my order. Also they have made some changes to the dress as I have requested with no extra cost and I love it, it's PERFECT and I can't wait to wear it to prom. Thank you

Dresses doesn't look like the picture… Dresses doesn't look like the picture when ordered... And return policy is just for the fun of it.. You cannot return the dress if it doesn't look like the picture ... Don't waist your money... Bad experience with them... Still fighting...dresses are really bad..

DO NOT ORDER! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here they arrived damaged and they then refused to give me a refund even though it’s stated in there policy! They have deleted all negative comments on their site and only kept the good ones. They have ignored e mails and told me to sort the dresses myself from my local tailor. Really upset how I have been scammed and left out of pocket! Do not order from here.
