AUVision Restored I preciously purchased vpmax 9 and my eyesight improved dramatically. I no longer needed support from Vision Australia for visually impaired. I could step off the kerb and walk up and down steps easily. My optometrist was so impressed. However she wanted me to try one recommended by a bio pharmecutical company. My eyesight started to fail again. So now I am back on VPMAX9 again. Wouldn't do without it. Thank you Golden After 50

GBI don't get any notifications of…not happy I don't get any notifications of shipping time or tracking information. This past week I was double shipped. I reported the problem and I am waiting for a fix. Very unhappy. When I log in it tells me I'm not enrolled in a subscription yet they ship from one they tell me. Its all messed up. I want to clarify that I have no issue with your products. My issue was with having issues with my account and logging in. When I couldn't log in I called customer service. I asked if there was something wrong with my account. No everything good she said. So I don't know how I ended up with two different accounts. I changed email address and I suspect that's what caused the problem. By removing the oldest account and ending all subscriptions should fix it or now. Once I receive the erroneous order I can inventory what I have. Then make appropriate adjustments. Getting hit with two shipments cost in a week is difficult. I am retired and on a fixed income. Very strange figuring this out.Hello...as of this morning all of the confusion have been sorted out. Everything with customer service as been resolved. A refund has been granted since all was a big misunderstanding. Thank you Golden after 50 for sorting this out. Gary Pitcock
