A comprehensive course The HCI course is well organized with well grounded material and effective coaching methods. The interactive skills labs allow for a great opportunity to interact with and practice techniques with colleagues and get feedback. Extensive Resources for me to choose to fit into my style are available for me to use in my coaching practice. Most of all I can edit them to fit my needs.
