Communication was great and his work was flawless. So professional and friendly. A true pleasure to work with. The shutters are beautiful and match the historic accuracy of the home. Custom shutters in 12 days! Ordered five pairs of custom shutters; all the folks at Timberlane were very patient and made great suggestions. Did not expect shutters to be ready so fast! The shutters and paint job were perfect, and I did my part cutting in the mortises which didn't take long. Nice added touch of the aluminum caps atop each shutter too. Thank you Timberlane!

I shopped for my shutters for a while… I shopped for my shutters for a while before making my decision to go with Timberlane, usually when I hire companies and contractors to work on my property, i worry about how they’re going to perform and if they will do a good job. So let me just say that Jim VanCamp was a truly one in a million contractor and craftsman this is really on top of his game, A true professional that made me feel comfortable about the job from the day he came to do the measurements. I first saw these beautiful shutters in… I first saw these beautiful shutters in Williamsburg, Virginia approximately 20 years ago and they have been on my bucket list since. Sean, was our salesperson online and he helped my husband with everything from sending us videos of installation and how to measure. I loved how we were kept informed about everything through emails and phone calls. Can’t wait to get them installed this Spring!😁👍😊
