GBMaking it right We ordered partitions and they arrived on time, however after unboxing we discovered the headrails and hardware did not make it. We talked to Ralph and he made it right in a timely fashion so as not to delay our restroom update project. I am giving this 5 stars because in construction things always happen so Ralph making it right as quick as he did is why this deserves in my mind a 5 star rating.

GBI had a wonderful experience with…Malky I had a wonderful experience with Island Supply Inc. I submitted an erroneous order which I had to rectify. Upon contacting the company, they were able to not only rectify my mistake, but they were able to correct my order and get it shipped within days. They handled the entire ordeal very politely and professionally. Malky was particularly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this company. They will certainly have my business moving forward!
