Making it right We ordered partitions and they arrived on time, however after unboxing we discovered the headrails and hardware did not make it. We talked to Ralph and he made it right in a timely fashion so as not to delay our restroom update project. I am giving this 5 stars because in construction things always happen so Ralph making it right as quick as he did is why this deserves in my mind a 5 star rating.

Fast and thorough process Joseph was very to the point and quick to reach out, respond, and get things done. I appreciate the attentiveness and straightforward business.
