Dangerously thickness The bong design looked fine and it was working well until cleaning up, the stem got broken and I got cut my finger with it.

Patrick has bar none provided the best… Patrick has bar none provided the best customer service I have ever had. Not just within the industry but in general. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond what is deemed standard business practices for most places these days. My only complaint is I keep wanting to give him my money!
