GBBad from start to finish First, I had over 2000 points on my account. I understand you couldn’t use these on 710 products from previous experience, but the app is not clear at all what you can’t use it on. As it turns out, I got a call advising that you didn’t have one of the things I ordered, and that I can’t use the points on anything I ordered, not just the 710 product. The guy recommended something else so I went with that, and tried to help me with price but applied more points and I now somehow have 400 after all that and still paid more than my total came out to be originally. I also placed my order in a specific timeframe, during my lunch. This is important because if I’m in a meeting, I can’t really step away. I was told that my order would be there in that timeframe in the first call, but then got a text at the end of my delivery period that it would be there 1 to 2 hours later. On the 2nd call there was nothing they could do because the computer system makes the routes the most convenient way. Convenient for who?... Of course, the driver came right when I was in a work meeting and I was barely able to grab it before he almost left because I literally couldn’t answer my phone. I told the guys on the phone the 2nd time I likely wont be back and haven’t went to you since. I will find a place that has a loyalty system where I can actually use their points and delivers on their commitments.

GBJoke of a store ~ RIP OFF ARTISTS In terms of product availability, BEYOND disappointing. There's always more product for recreational customers than there is medical customers so there's also an additional expense to visit this store because of the recreational tax. I find it hard to believe this store is ran with quality of service in mind, only how to take the most money from customers. The store itself is nice, but the quality of the goods doesn't match. I've had numerous cartridges not work from here, products that have needed to be returned because of foreign objects packaged in with the product or in the product itself. Additionally the store "buys" 5 star reviews by rewarding customers with a free joint, which they don't give you after the review.
