Made a order for a product at one price… Made a order for a product at one price then it didn’t process for a couple days so I contacted them and they said it was a glitch in the prices that the product I ordered was way more

Always a fast and curious service Always a fast and curious service. And if a problem arises you are quick to fix it. Something I would improve is my last 2 order had spillage in the shipping boxes, not a big issue but definitely needs improvement.

One of the nicest online stores for… One of the nicest online stores for this type of content. So often with wares like CBD products you get scammed or the website looks sketchy at best, not with Kures Apothecary! Website is well designed, order process easy, and delivery fast. No complaints at all

Their customer service is top notch Their customer service is top notch. A few weeks ago I ordered some shots and usually I get confirmation the next day. 3-4 days went by and no notification. Here one of the things I ordered was out of stock. They got back with me within an hour and asked if i wanted to wait till it was back in stock or to get a different brand. I chose the latter and within 20 min I got confirmation of my order with 2 extra shots for my trouble. You don't run into customer service like that anymore.
