I found Carved by accident I found Carved by accident. It was the best find! I bought money clips for my husband, son and daughter’s boyfriend. I also bought my husband a 15 max pro cover. Everyone loved their gifts. My husband loved his so much he wants to order money clips for his partners and clients. Everything I bought was perfect! The quality and customer service was a 10+. I will recommend Carved to my family and friends! Excellent experienced and product!

They screw you on discounts "Rebecca" states that discounts cannot be stacked. I have a discount/gift card from a previous purchase WHICH HAS NO LIMITATIONS PRINTED UPON IT. I tried to use it on a purchase on Black Friday. Black Friday discount was 20%. I noticed as I hit process order, that the Black Friday discount had was no long in effect. When I emailed after the purchase went through (there was no option to cancel the transaction), "Rebecca" was just all ooops, sorry, so sad, cannot combine DESPITE NOTHING BEING PRINTED ON THE PHYSICAL CARD I HAVE. This has to be illegal on some some level as the limitations were not stated.

I would give less than one star if I… I would give less than one star if I could. I received my $189 phone case and it was defective. The lower corner has been cut and is below the glass, where as the other edges are above the glass, and have a matt sheen. The area that has been "cut" looks like someone cut the edge down with a razor blade and has a gloss sheen from cutting through the plastic. I would expect at this price for things to be taken seriously and they would not want a bad experience for customers. I have reached out via their web portal where it says "start my exchange" THREE TIMES!!!!!! I have not received a respons. It is closing in on the "30 day" period for exchanges that they mention on their website and I am seriously doubting their integrity at this point. This is not my first phone case from them, but it will be my last, and I will definitely be spreading the word of my experience with them and why I will never do business with them again.
