Top company Can’t fault Vick from Pave Direct. Original order delivered on a specific date that I chose. All slabs individually packed with corner protectors. I required less than a full pack and this was accommodated. Vick went above and beyond, as a slab was damaged on installation. Vick got me 1 slab to replace the damaged one, which I’m sure lots of other places wouldn’t do. Thanks again.

New Patio I recently ordered a paving pack from this company for a new patio & I was so pleased with the quality & price I decided to order another pack so I could extend the size of the patio, it comes with free delivery or next day for a minimal charge & you get great customer service ( Thanks Geraldine) I cant wait for the patio to be finished so I can show it off to my friends & neighbours. Great prices and service. I made a small order for Rompox pointing material. I had an email receipt for my payment but not for the order. However, I dropped them a note and got a very quick response to say the order had been processed and delivery was due. Sure enough, it arrived that day. First class service, first class product. I’ve been really impressed by pave direct. You're always slightly sceptical when buying from a company you've never bought from before but the experience has been first class. Ordered the very competitively priced slabs, a couple of days later Vic called to confirm delivery. The delivery driver was extremely helpful. Unfortunately a couple of slabs were broken, so contacted Pave Direct who've organised the replacements. The paving slabs are excellent and much better than the photos. First class service, first class product.
