The product was shipped in travel-safe packaging showing it was packed with love. The emails sent after ordering from John is also refreshing, they allow me to learn much more about my unique stone from someone who knows what they are talking about. I was hesitant to part with so much money (they are pricey!) but it is worth it for a magnificent piece, whether it be for geological interest or spiritual reasons. The only complaint I have was the shipping app, Route, failed to show updates on the package's location, but that is the app's fault and it came to me safe and sound.
