First i would like to say that Bill… First i would like to say that Bill Knight who is the service manager was excellent..He helped me through all the nonsense that I went through to get screen doors replaced.. Now for Wheather Shield and Rockman..We purchased all Windows and sliders from R ockman ( Wheather Shield products). After installation by our contractor who was horrible we had problems with the California slider .After over a year the locking mechanism finally got repaired correctly. From day one the screen sliders never worked properly and we kept trying to get them to fix. After over 2 years they finally ordered me new ones but I had to pay over 800.00.Neither R ockman or W.S. took any ownership of the defect.The replacement that came could have probably come from Home Depot,totally different quality.Was told the original type was no longer avaible..even though the troubles were from day one neither one would give me any warranty on prouduct.I would not recommend Wheather Shield products at all.There are other issues I have with the window and doors but will not get into that.Just take my advice do not use W.S. As far as Rockman goes they seemed to be nice and Jason certainly helped us originally but after a bit it was really only Bill Knight that was a true help.

Recently worked with Rockman to address… Recently worked with Rockman to address a warranty issue for a past customer. The matter was resolved smoothly with no fuss.

We needed some repair work done on the… We needed some repair work done on the weather stripping of our windows that were crafted by Rockman Millwork Window and Door. The professionals with whom i communicated and those that did the work were incredibly professional and exceptional in their work. They were courteous and knowledgeable and very respectful of the property and our home. We are extremely pleased with their craftsmanship.

Commercial French door fix Simply fantastic service during an unprecedented time. Jason and his team solved ( I refrain from saying fixed cause it was human error on my tenants part) my issue. I’ve done several buildings with them. I appreciate a company who truly stands behind there product. No excuses
