Helps improve energy for people with low blood pressure I play on an Academy level. However, football is still a very important part of my life because sports forms my mentality for every work I do. Since I have low blood pressure, I have a hard time playing at times because my body doesn't have the energy. Using the advices from the masterclass gave me so much more energy.

Top place to get great nutrition guide Great advice and goes in depth to not only tell you what to do, but have the research to back in up. Breaking down each concept so the athlete fully understands how to have a better nutritional diet. Could be better if they worked with timing of eating, (in season, off season, pre season)
