Needs some improvement The gutters themselves seem to do the job. I had to give a 3 rating due to: The in home quote process is extremely too long. Shouldn’t take 2 hours to get a price. The workers didn’t start work until later in the day. So were finishing up in partial darkness. The bottom pieces of the downspouts are just slid on and not attached. Have come off a couple of times during hard downpours. Downspout placed so that bottom is almost directly over a sprinkler head.

The work was good The work was good. Had to return to change the slope of the West side of the house. Ask to eliminate one down spout on the South side and that was completed satisfactorily. The only negative aspect was that the crew never showed up even close to the time provided to us so it took three trips to complete the work,
