Multiple times I have paid for over… Multiple times I have paid for over night or 2 day shipping and have not received my order on time. Currently it has been almost a week that I am waiting for my order and I check the status with the shipping number and it has not even been shipped yet. I paid the extra for the 1-3 day shipping and it is already passed this time. I’ve not been contacted as to why my order hasn’t been shipped and I’ve not been refunded any money that I’ve paid for the shipping. If it only happened once I wouldn’t complain but this is the second time now I’m stuck waiting well over the time that I paid for.

Charged twice for shipping?? I placed one order, then immediately found another product I wanted. I ve received the first order, but I did not receive the second order in that package. Why wouldn’t you send these orders placed within minutes of each other in the same package, and save me the expense of another shipping expense plus whatever the charge is for special shipping insurance??? Speaks to credibility as far as I’m concerned.

I was sent freebies with my purchase… I was sent freebies with my purchase that I wasn’t expecting along with a higher count of gummies then what I actually paid for! I’m assuming this was a generosity on the company’s part perhaps because I’ve been a consistent customer? Not sure but definitely was grateful for the gifts regardless!
