GBA great way to break my fast A great way to break my fast! I add unsweetened almond milk, spinach, chia seeds, powdered MCT oil, peanut butter powder, collagen powder, and ice. Delicious and full of healthy fats, protein, vitamins and nutrients. Keeps me full for quite awhile. 😊

CAExcellent program and support The team is amazing for answering all questions. The program is setup so well with email notifications and tips to help you succeed. All exercise are explained very well with videos to ensure you do them correctly. Highly recommend.

KRLifestyle program Still going with this program… it is definitely a lifestyle and not a diet so there isn’t a straight line to weight loss and fitness. The program is full of information, work out instructions and schedules, eating guidelines, and the support of all the fit mothers in the program. I’m on month 2, making progress in my health and still feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface on all that this program offers! I’m getting out of it what I put into it. Strongly recommend if you are willing to put in effort and make life changes.

GBOverall Overall, the page was good. What confused me was the cost of the program showed 100's and 1,000's of dollars and I don't recall seeing the membership. I had to email Fit Mother to understand how it worked.
