Very Educational The program is exceptional because Dr. B. not only makes recommendations, he also educates clients about the latest research surrounding nutrition and muscle building. Any questions are answered promptly either via email or on the weekly Coaches Corner video.

Information, coaching and overall health and wellness for everyday! The coaching and information provided is helpful. Dr. Balduzzi is able to give the information in a way that is understandable and beneficial. The FMP has a great community, Podcast, Q&A weekly and daily accountability.

I had an in-betwween experience with… I had an in-betwween experience with FitMotherProject.com. Nothing bad, nothing overly impressive either. Mediocre in all apects. Prices were middle of the road and their features were pretty typical. Nither their delivrey nor their custumer servicesenthuse me. All in all, fair. For those looking for an avarage experience this is the place to go, but do not expect to be blown away by excetional services.

Paid the money…did the work…no results Paid the money, followed the meal plan, followed the exercise plan (even got a Tonel which I love), watched FMP videos, drank water, took vits, stopped drinking diet soda, improved diet, adjusted hormones with MD, increased sleep to 7-8 hrs, do intermittent fasting 16:8 …….. results……NOTHING ….very frustrating

A great way to break my fast A great way to break my fast! I add unsweetened almond milk, spinach, chia seeds, powdered MCT oil, peanut butter powder, collagen powder, and ice. Delicious and full of healthy fats, protein, vitamins and nutrients. Keeps me full for quite awhile. 😊
