USI have been following Dr I have been following Dr. Anthony for a couple of years now. Based on the simplicity of the program, his encouragement and practicality of life, I decided to give this a try for one month and so far I have lost approximately 15 pounds. This was the simplest plan and most practical for my lifestyle busy as it is. I would definitely recommend for anyone to try because you can make it your lifestyle with tons of education. Dr. A definitely gives value for what he charges! Would recommend to everybody.

USA great way to break my fast A great way to break my fast! I add unsweetened almond milk, spinach, chia seeds, powdered MCT oil, peanut butter powder, collagen powder, and ice. Delicious and full of healthy fats, protein, vitamins and nutrients. Keeps me full for quite awhile. 😊

I've been so impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. This is a down-to-earth program where Inspiration meets Real World people and bridges the gap. I've been most impressed by and appreciated the high level of support they offer and infuse in every nook and cranny. So grateful I've found this program and have them to walk alongside on this health journey.

USPaid the money…did the work…no results Paid the money, followed the meal plan, followed the exercise plan (even got a Tonel which I love), watched FMP videos, drank water, took vits, stopped drinking diet soda, improved diet, adjusted hormones with MD, increased sleep to 7-8 hrs, do intermittent fasting 16:8 …….. results……NOTHING ….very frustrating
