Great experience with Amble! Overall I've had a great experience with Amble and am at the end of my first month of services. I was already taking Zepbound, and I can't tell any difference with the compound version. I am getting a significant cost savings compared to brand name, and it is readily available! Turnaround time to get enrolled and receive shipment was great.

Amble has ghosted me after doctor prescribed wrong dosage I signed up with Amble and told the doctor that I was taking Ozempic 2.0 mg inj but I wanted to increase dosage but my insurance wouldn't approve. The first month was fine and I received the correct dosage. I did my check up for the 2nd month asking for an increase in dosage. The doctor that reviewed my history then prescribed a starter kit which begins at the .25 mg inj. I received the kit and contacted support to ask why I was starting over and not at the 2.5 mg inj. Support stated that they would provide me with adjusted instructions to use the starter kit that I had on hand, but they did not include the instructions. I have been requesting these adjusted instructions for 10 days now but I am getting only computer generated responses that someone would get back to me. I requested a response from the doctor but was also told that someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours, that was 5 days ago. As of today, I have not received any response from Amble.

I tried joinamble because of the…price and now experiencing bad customer service I tried joinamble because of the pricing. It was quick but then my experience has gone downhill. The prescription I received and what I was instructed by the physician did not match. I reached out and felt like my question was not answered. The pricing is also not clear. You have to sign up for 3 months and during that time I submitted a refill as I was following the physicians orders and was Charged for the refill and the monthly fee. I have tried for over 3 weeks to get clarification as I am constantly receiving notifications that my billing did not go through however I have contacted my bank and it has gone through 3 times. I have not been able to speak with anyone on the phone to look into this besides their messaging system which responds to me late at night. I feel like I am talking to a robot and so upset that I can’t get an actual person to help clarify. The pricing policy when I signed up in February is not clear. I feel as if I am being threatened by them and not being able to speak to someone who can check the billing records has been very frustrating.
