I ordered the AIR 4 - DOUBLE MINI ARCH which was in stock on Thursday and it was delivered to my home on the following Tuesday from Southern California to San Jose, Ca. The quality of the door is amazing! Everyone whom walks by our house makes a comment on how much the love the new front door! GBPoor customer service The doors were of good quality. Delivered within the quoted time. I spoke with them in person to get help building our dream doors. They sent me a draft with exactly what I needed. I verified with the builder who mentioned we needed a slightly different size to match the current plans. So I selected the same door we were quoted online and we adjusted the size. Black was the default color selected which was exactly what we wanted. When I placed the order, I sent the order confirmation to the rep I was dealing with to ensure what I ordered was what we had spoke about, minus the dimension change. The confirmation that came through was a typical generic email that order was placed and an order number. But nothing in regards to price or what I ordered. Apparently the other email went to spam which showed bronze as the color ordered. Even though the handle was correct in black. One would think this discrepancy would trigger someone to verify there wasn’t an issue from one to the other. Bronze door, black handle, when bronze was also listed in the handles as well. I don’t understand how the mix up happened, I do see where I could have caught it after they sent the email showing the bronze. However you would think for a 20k order there would be a customer service follow up walking through verifying the purchase. Thinking this you would be wrong. So I am stuck with a 20k door that also is a nice door I will have to have painted. I do not recommend using them, if you do hope you have no issues, as they will do nothing to remedy it.
