The first month was a little rough for me, but it did balance itself out. I’m only down 3 pounds, I may be a little slower than others, but I’m gonna continue to see how it plays out

It did not work for me It did not work for me, upset my stomach, and seemed to worsen my BP. Plus, it's pretty expensive. If I were to do it over again, I'd look for less expensive options first and not purchase in bulk to try to save money. On the positive side, the shipment arrived when expected.
