GBI usually dont spend time writing… I usually dont spend time writing reviews, but for this company, I need to spread the news. Avoid doing business with this company at all cost. I returned the wall panels back to them in January of this year with my own shipping cost, because some of the wall panels were broken, now it's May, 5 months later they refused to refund my money back. I filed a dispute with my credit card. The rep told me that there is a customer who also filed a dispute worth of $2k against this company. If we keep filing more disputes against this company, their bank will soon stop doing business with this company.

GBDespite substantial pre order conversations… In substantial pre order conversations with this vendor I pointed out that we were ordering the five 4x8 panels to cover a 20' wall. The panels are not 4x8 they are 1' x 8' and only cover 5' of wall. By the time I returned to the location of this jobsite to open the package it was past the deadline to return.
